Weather Delays
Our flight out of Napier was delays as Erin mentioned in a previous post. The plane that was to take us to Auckland was unable to land due to poor visibility so we had to wait for another hour and a half for the next flight to land. The blessings were that we were able to spend a few more minutes with the Shailers and we were able to get our baggage booked through to Brisbane, so our transfer in Auckland was much easier. If you look really hard at the first image you can just make out a windsock through the cloud/fog/mist.
